A proud Central Coast local, Lauren graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2018. She began her career in private practice, gaining extensive experience in treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. It was during this time that her commitment to women’s health and wellbeing truly blossomed. 

Committed to providing the highest level of care, Lauren is a member of the Women’s Health Training Associates and has completed her APA Women’s Pelvic Health Level 2 qualification. This advanced training allows her to expertly assess and treat a wide array of women’s specific conditions, including those experienced during pregnancy and menopause. Lauren is dedicated to empowering her patients to achieve their individual health and fitness goals through tailored treatment sessions that address their unique needs.
