
Rayna completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Newcastle in 2020 before going on to complete a Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2022. She has gained experience in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, supporting patients through a wide range of orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, and rehabilitation needs.
During her time working with women on the maternity ward and in outpatient care, Rayna developed a strong passion for women’s health physiotherapy. She has furthered her expertise through training with the Women’s Health Training Associates and by completing the Australian Physiotherapy Association’s Women’s Pelvic Health Level 2 course.
Rayna is committed to providing holistic, evidence-based care that empowers her clients to feel strong, capable, and confident at every stage of life. She has a particular interest in supporting women with pelvic girdle, sacroiliac, and back pain during pregnancy, as well as in musculoskeletal pain and rehabilitation.
